Congrats to Dixie’s FBLA members who are eligible to represent Dixie High School in the State Competitions to be held in Charleston in March. Dixie FBLA advisors are Brian Milford and Jason Burton.
Big CONGRATS to Mrs. Adams and FBLA on their competition this past Saturday. AHS had 22 of 24 students qualify for the state FBLA competition. Among those 22 were 6 first place winners! Way to go, and good luck at the state competition!
Congratulations to the AHS Challenge Academic Team, DXHS Football team, and AHS Football, who were all honored at the Board meeting last night. The AHS football team won their 4th consecutive State Championship and Dixie High won Region 1A and hosted the Upper State Championship.

The Abbeville Lions Club came to Westwood Elementary School to present a program about the history of Arbor Day. The students then participated in planting a Red Maple Tree on our campus. Each student was given a tree to take home and plant.
